Summary/Objective:
The position is responsible for performing, in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited to, the production of products. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
Essential Functions:

- Performs work as assigned by managers on duty.
- Cook, mix, repack and otherwise assemble the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product from raw materials.
- Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes and attach appropriate labels and tags in a neat well represented way.
- Coordinate people and equipment for production accordingly.
- Operate technical equipment as needed.
- Maintain all production equipment and facilities.
- Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
- Keep SDS book updated.
- Write and update IFS for production of each product.
- Track production on Job Tickets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Place finished goods on the designated shelf with proper labels.
- Pull, package, and ship product as needed.
- Prepare in-house samples to ship and mail.
- Prepare product for bulk mail and trade shows.
- Receive, label, stock, and organize inventory and raw materials.
- Assist with monthly and annual inventory counts.
- Organize Inventory.
- Clean inside and outside daily and weekly; and help maintain the flowerbeds.
- Clean warehouse and offices weekly.
- Read and sign all training forms.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration, and hot or cold temperatures. Must be able to use a computer. Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. This job also requires work to be performed outside from time to time.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The position involves sitting, walking, and standing for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 55 pounds, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Employee must be able to stand over a hot grill for long periods of time.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, 10 plus hours per day with a 30-minute lunch break; unless otherwise stated by your managers.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Previous production experience.
- Forklift Certification (need proof of certification). If you do not have your forklift certification, you must complete a certification course within 30 days of hire through the company.
