Job Summary:

We are seeking to fill our open position of Warehouse Picker (Outdoor). The position is located at our St. Charles, MO facility. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; weekend work is very infrequent. This is a year-around position (not seasonal), with the work predominately taking place outdoors. You will work alongside and report to the Warehouse Supervisor. Compensation is between $18-$20 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory management which consists of receiving new material, verifying the delivery of new materials, and putting the new materials in storage.
• Order-picking and staging/packaging materials for fence installation crews.
• Operating a forklift proficiently to load and unload trucks, including semi-tractor trailer flatbed trailer as well as pull-behind trailers connected to pick-up trucks. receiving materials from vendors.
• Maintaining a clean, orderly and safe outdoor stockyard and warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor and Production Managers.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license is required.
• Experience driving forklifts is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and direct the other member of your team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
