WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Loading and unloading trucks, cycle counting, picking, packing, shrink wrapping, labeling, and palletizing products.
- Prepare assets for shipment, including picking, packaging, labelling, and liaising with couriers.
- Assist with the load and unload of shipments received to the warehouse and conduct inbound services, which include receiving and processing equipment from suppliers and various sites; deliver shipments to stock locations.
- Assist with cycle counting periodically.
- Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to pre-determined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Process orders for daily shipments; including order printout, creating packing list, labels, etc. and organizing the pallets based on standard pallet configuration.
- Self-motivated to study and research technical information.
- Collaborate easily with network engineers and project managers.
- Be a motivated, self-starter capable of autonomous on-the-job learning/improvement with minimal supervision.
- Be accountable for on-time schedule performance, project milestones, customer deliverables, and compliance with regulations and standards.
- Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with a Various range of people.
- Able to work in warehouse work environment (80% time working in warehouse, 20% in office).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Work efficiently and practically within a high paced environment.
- Desire to work with a team of talented individuals who are driven to continually excel.
- Be willing to travel to customer sites within the region to undertake assorted requests.
- Analyzing the customer requirements, converting then into system requirements, and capturing of detail design for the development team.
- Assist manager in planning and execution of special projects.
- Assist manager in identifying process improvement opportunities and execute as requested.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

- Previous experience working in logistics desirable.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and operations.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail. All PO receiving, to include proper inspection of all incoming product, tagging, and accurate put away.
- Operate forklift in and around warehouse, ensure that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Tracks open POs and obtain pending invoices on received orders.
- Keep receiving areas neat, clean, organized, and secure.
- Assist department managers and team leads with inventory discrepancies, counts, and/or problems.
- Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
- Able to lift heavy boxes and equipment. Manages all equipment with appropriate care.
- Assists with training of newly employed workers.
- Ability to work while standing for 10-hour shifts or more.
- Ability to work independently and safely.
- Train new employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the Company.
- Excellent follow through skills, coupled with strong organizational skills and solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, observe, and interpret situations, use math and mathematical reasoning.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and other office equipment.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience in maintenance systems and repairs is required.
- Supervisory experience a plus
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE: $28 hourly starting
