About the Position:
The Warehouse Operations Manager's role is to ensure that all fulfillment and stocking of the distribution center is running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing/Fulfillment:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations in the distribution center.
- Oversee shipping of both domestic blank product and in-house printed product.
- Bulk order processing and packaging; wholesale orders, print vendor
- inventory transfers, donations, returns, etc (LTL and bulk small parcel orders).
Inter-Departmental Communication:
- Work closely with sales to ensure orders out have all the necessary customer requirements for seamless delivery to end customer.
- Monitor and ensure service level agreements are being met.
- Work with new product development to turn samples around quick and ensure timelines are being met. Collaborate with compliance team regarding product/packaging issues and assess solutions.
Systems:
- Process and complete orders from 3rd party platforms in accordance to their SLAs (Snappy, CommerceHub, etc).

- Coordinating delivery and unloading containers; staging pallets for storage and receiving into inventory.
General Warehouse Duties:
- Monitor warehouse inventory levels constantly; timely and consistent inventory.
- Organize and maintain a clean warehouse.
- Track warehouse supplies and restock as needed.
External Communications:
- Communicate directly with all logistics partners and account reps (parcel delivery, LTL carriers, packaging sources, etc).

General Process, Safety and Health Duties:
- Ensure that all direct reports have the resources they need to do their job successfully. Make sure employee needs are being met and they are maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- Identify bottlenecks/inefficiencies within operations and address them with creative ways to streamline.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have 5+ years experience managing a distribution facility or warehouse
- Experience managing people is a plus
- Team Player who is adaptable and process driven.
- Strong detailed execution and strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Certified forklift or ability to pass in house forklift training
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and be on your feet up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary Description
$65,000-$80,000
