Job Title: Warehouse Operations Assistant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a ‘go-getter, get-it-done’ individual responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and operational support duties to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage timely delivery and execution of job-site materials within warehouse and job-site
• Ability and willingness to assist with on-site job functions, as needed
• Manage warehouse inventory and vehicle inventory to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Schedule customer appointments and maintain an organized calendar for service calls and appointments.
• Coordinate ordering processes and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Organize and maintain shop and warehouse facilities to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 100 lbs., climb and navigate roofs, and operate truck and trailer
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
