We're seeking a Warehouse Manager for our bustling Ualena St. location in Oahu, offering a generous salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, reflecting the importance and expertise you bring to our ʻohana.
Your Responsibility:
- Navigating the Flow: Masterfully manage the ebb and flow of shipping containers, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations.
- Safety and Harmony: Take regular walks through our yard and warehouse to uphold our commitment to safety and operational excellence, ensuring every team member moves in harmony with our protocols.
- Productivity and Space: Identify opportunities to enhance productivity and utilize our space efficiently, from managing crate production to implementing inventory control.
- Team Leadership: Guide, train, and inspire our warehouse staff across all shifts, fostering a culture of respect, hard work, and safety.
- Innovation and Improvement: Bring new ideas to the table to continuously improve our operations, always with an eye on safety and compliance.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong leadership abilities to guide our team.
- Warehouse Mastery: A deep understanding of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and efficiency measures, supported by proficiency in relevant software and technology.
- Problem Solving: A knack for addressing challenges head on with a meticulous attention to detail and a solution oriented mindset.
Your Background:
- A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred.
- Experience in warehouse operations, especially in a supervisory role, will set you apart.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate the entirety of our warehouse space.
