Warehouse Manager

I. POSITION DESCRIIPTION:

Directs and coordinates activities of warehouse department(s) in processing materials or manufacturing products at the Middletown facility by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

II. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Formulate policies and strategic plans for warehouse operations in support of the business.

· Manages inventories, storage and movement of all material stored by the plant at warehouse facilities.

· Inspects facilities monthly to insure all material is properly stored, counts are correct, and materials are in good condition and meets current regulations

· Maintain an efficient team structure and performance through using LEAN principles.

· Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to meet customer expectations.

III. PRE-HIRE REQUIREMENTS:

· Preferably 5 years’ work experience in managing a warehouse or similar role.

· Prefer at least 2-year college degree in general studies.

· Strong, proven leadership skills.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Excellent interpersonal communications skills; written and verbal.

· Proficient computer skills proficiency; Excel, Word and Power Point

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
