Trinity Solar, the Northeast's largest privately-owned solar integrator, is seeking an individual to manage and handle all inventoried items in our Hanover, MD warehouse.
Roles & Responsibilities
Operate material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents through company security procedures and protocols
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, and store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment
Optimize warehouse space utilized
Complete diary logs into inventory
Report any discrepancies
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
Operate and preventively maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum three (3) years related experience in a warehouse environment or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience
Certified in the operation of warehouse equipment, Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift and pallet jack.
Proven warehouse management experience
Experience using computer-based inventory systems, RF guns, and demonstrated knowledge of inventory tracking systems.
Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Electrical knowledge a plus
Work requires moderate physical effort and use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity. While performing duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
