We are excited to announce that we are expanding our team and are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join us in Camden, Delaware.
This position offers a great opportunity to be part of an innovative team that is focused on building relationships with our customers and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and creating lasting relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and services.

Responsibilities:

• 2 years experience in warehouse, technical or software based customer service position (email, phone, chat or live), supply chain position or experience working in a startup environment.
• General knowledge of warehouse terminology and practices.
• Associate degree or equivalent certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills; answering all incoming customer concerns quickly with accurate information and able to interact with customers in a clear and concise manner, by email, live chat, and phone.
• Experience or ability to learn how to wear or use proper safety equipment.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding productivity, quality, and warehouse metrics defined for the role.
• Ability to collaborate in a remote and global team environment, as well as work as an independent contributor.
• Must be able to prioritize work and manage time effectively; you thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous startup environment.
• You are a self-motivated problem solver with a positive energy and attitude.
• Familiar with ZenDesk or any other ticketing tool, Zoom, Slack, ASANA or any other task management tool, G Suite, Trello, inventory and logistics software programs and SAAS applications or ability to learn quickly.
• Forklift Operation Certification will be good to have.
• Great physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• MUST have valid drivers license.

Worksite Location: Camden, DE
Compensation: $17 per hour
Benefits: General (room temperature) Warehouse Environment
Available Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
