Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description:

Warehouse coordinator oversees and documents the receiving of packages, parcels, and supplies, store items in the appropriate areas, and prepare items for shipping. This is a position that requires a highly organized personality who must pay close attention to small details while managing the logistics of items entering and leaving the facility. This role must be able to lift up to 50lbs unaided and be able to bend, crouch, and lift items throughout a shift.

Duties:

· Manage all shipping and receiving duties

o Loading/Unloading all deliveries

o Organizing finished goods/raw materials

o Ensure all out going materials matches shipping documents

o Label all incoming materials

o Verify all incoming material is properly documented and scaled.

o Organize all inventory to ensure operation runs efficiently

· Ensure all material is accounted for properly in inventory system

· Provide insight from floor level on efficiencies that can be implemented to improve day to day operations, material movements, tracking, etc.

· Assist in blending, production, and cleaning of plant

· Assist in other tasks as necessary

Experience:

· 2 + years of warehouse experience is preferred, but not required

· Good documentation skills and proficient math, reading, and writing skills.

· Decision-making, technical, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong interpersonal, computer, written & oral communication skills.

· Experienced with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS) is a plus.

· Experience with ISO 13485 QMS for Medical Devices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
