Haverty’s is looking for an experienced Lift Operator/ Back-up Yard Driver (DOT certified not required but a plus). If you are highly motivated to succeed and enjoy hands-on work, this opportunity is for you. Your onsite, hands-on training begins on your first day, where you’ll learn Haverty’s standards for handling Home Goods. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Heavy lifting throughout shift up to 100 lbs.- Safety operating a stock picker/cherry picker.
- Safely operating a yard truck (as back up Yard Driver moving equipment within the yard and doors).
- Loading and unloading boxes as needed.
- Attention to detail.
- Team Player.
- Ability to pass Criminal Background check, Lifting Assessment and Drug Test.
- Must complete and understand all company sponsored safety programs.
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7:00AM – Completion.
- Mus have a valid driver’s license.
