Warehouse Lift Operator/Back-Up Yard Driver

Haverty’s is looking for an experienced Lift Operator/ Back-up Yard Driver (DOT certified not required but a plus). If you are highly motivated to succeed and enjoy hands-on work, this opportunity is for you. Your onsite, hands-on training begins on your first day, where you’ll learn Haverty’s standards for handling Home Goods. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

· Heavy lifting throughout shift up to 100 lbs.

· Safety operating a stock picker/cherry picker.

· Safely operating a yard truck (as back up Yard Driver moving equipment within the yard and doors).

· Loading and unloading boxes as needed.

· Attention to detail.

· Team Player.

· Ability to pass Criminal Background check, Lifting Assessment and Drug Test.

· Must complete and understand all company sponsored safety programs.

· Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7:00AM – Completion.

· Mus have a valid driver’s license.
