The Warehouse Associate will ensure smooth operations and efficient completion of projects within the warehouse. Manage, organize, and stage job parts for technicians, will identify missing, lost, or damaged materials. Will handle shipping and receiving, unloading, and loading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders, purchasing, and keeping warehouse stocked with essential equipment.
Requirements:Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the necessary equipment is available and in working order to complete assignments.
- Conducts daily safety checks on equipment, including forklift, and ensure maintenance is performed in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Inspects quality and quantity of supplies and equipment delivered and updates inventory.
- Storing and distributing of materials, parts, office supplies, general supplies, and equipment.
- Create and maintain Warehouse safety logs.
- Verifies that outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards, and that order slips match and have the appropriate signatures.
- Keep up to date regarding rules, regulations, policies, and objectives.
- Minimal site-specific maintenance (i.e, light bulbs, fixing chairs)
- Maintains detailed and accurate work records.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Lead Responsibilities:
- Assists with training team members, and ensure certifications are up-to-date.
- Collaborates with site team to identify ways to improve department effectiveness; implements viable ideas.
- Resolves conflicts that arise between warehouse associates and ensures strong work environment.
- Oversees the daily workflow; oversees scheduling and assignments of team members.
- Ability to provide oversight and performance guidance when needed.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- At least four years of related work experience required.
Certifications:
- Forklift certified.
