Boxzooka currently has an opening for a Warehouse Lead at our facility in Middletown, PA. A Team Leader, leads and manages a team of employees. Their duties include setting team workloads, training staff members and ensuring employees work towards company goals and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work within a team environment to ensure the achievement of company goals, including productivity, accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain a safe working environment by monitoring safety procedures and equipment.
- Perform the same work duties as those supervised or perform more difficult or skilled tasks or assist in their performance.
- Should any challenges arise, the Team Leader will work with the team members to reasonably solve the conflict quickly and effectively.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Work Environment
- High-pressure, time-sensitive environment with a high volume of work, tight deadlines. Warehouse location which can be noisy and cold at times.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift to 49 pounds repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to stand /walk for up to 8-10 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach above and below shoulders. Repetitive use of hands.
- Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs and moving your whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, pushing, pulling, and handling various materials frequently during a shift.
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels.
- Visual Acuity Requirements
- Must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned or to make general observations of products.
- Must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing orders; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of RF scanners; using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
