General Description:
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for training of team members and acting as a subject matter expert to lead problem solving initiatives within a department. This role is a working member of the team and will have operational assignments as required.

- General knowledge of automated warehouse and inventory practices
- Comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Stand and/or walk during shift, plus ability to bend, squat, lift (up to 50 pounds), push, pull, reach with or without reasonable accommodation
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Energetic, positive, and helpful demeanor, along with good communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
