Raytheon is seeking a Warehouse Liaison to support the Performance Based Logistics (PBL) team in Louisville, KY. The PBL Program is a Mission Support Department within the Whole Life Systems Engineering (WLSE) Directorate.
Responsibilities Include:
  • The Warehouse Liaison will be responsible for effective inspection and disposition of PBL incoming & outbound materials.
  • Serial Number (SN) verification for material movement.
  • Work directly with the Raytheon Louisville Facility (RLF) Inventory Control Specialist, Third party Logistics (3PL) members, Production Inventory Support Staff, and the PBL team.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy of all Raytheon and Government owned materials stored within the warehouse through inspections, reviewing of receipts, etc.
  • Accountability to processes, compliance, mission assurance and business system data integrity.
  • Provide cross functional support to the RLF Inventory Control Specialist by performing cycle count oversight and audit accountability.
  • Develop and implement procedures for ensuring that adequate inventory levels are present and accurate.
  • Develop and implement procedures for ensuring that adequate inventory levels are present and accurate.
  • Develop corrective actions to mitigate future discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies during receiving process.
  • Follow contractual requirements in support of receipt and shipment requirements.
  • Support inventory cycle count annually.
  • Generate and report out monthly data for metrics and additional ad hoc reporting as requested.
  • Back-up for (RLF) Production material warehoused at off-site 3PL as needed.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Analyzing data and provide relevant recommendations for improvement.
  • Work experience in a warehouse environment performing various inventory activities.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Additional Desired Experience and Skills:
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Logistics execution utilizing business tools.
  • Managing government furnished material.
  • Knowledge of other Production and Planning Software's
  • Knowledge of Government reporting systems (WebCAV, eRMS, PEDREP)

Education:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
