Description
URM Stores is currently looking for motivated WarehouseInventory Control Clerk to join our amazing team! The Inventory Control Clerk maintains inventory levels and accuracy in a distribution center. This position is responsible for reporting, physical inventory, and system audits and for utilizing the inventory management system to prepare and track materials and products in preparation for shipping and receiving demands to meet customer needs.
Various sites may require additional support based on the nature of the business. This could include, but is not limited to, product holds/releases, recalls, and returns.
What to expect day to day:

• Research inventory discrepancies, lost product and incomplete put-away's.
• Physical counts.
• Perform inventory adjustments for receiving, store returns, cancelled orders, damaged and recouped items as directed.
• Utilize inventory reports and on-line tools to perform job functions.
• Familiar with RF transactions as they relate to put-away, replenishment, pallet move, and abandoned pallet work assignments.
• Selected candidate must be available to work the following schedule: Sunday - Thursday 10:30 pm to 7:00 am.

• Customer service-oriented and energized by helping others succeed. Possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Have a strong will to learn, grow, and build on your current foundation of experience.
• Have a strong logistics ordering system knowledge. AS400, and IDS preferred.
• Detail oriented, with an eye for analytics.
• Logistics, Operations, Warehousing experience a plus.
• Ability to navigate computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Proficient knowledge of the organization, products, and services.
• Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
• Lifting and moving: 10-30#'s Frequently; 31-50#'s Occasionally
• Want to have fun, while providing the service and support our customers need!
