The Warehouse-Installation Technician will be responsible for the delivery and installation of a variety of home appliances and consumer electronics from our warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review work orders to ensure proper products and equipment for each scheduled delivery
- Load or unload home appliances and electronics from delivery vehicles
- Deliver and install products in customer homes or other designated location
- Provide basic product information to customers during installation, addressing any concerns
- Communicate any issues with delivery and installation to management
Required Skills, Education, and Experience
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years
- Experience using pallet jacks, wheeled dollies, and other logistic equipment a plus
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes and work in stressful situations
- Ability to work as a team
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- 100% Warehouse
- May be exposed to dust, moving equipment, airborne fumes, prolonged noise and extreme temperatures
- Ability to regularly lift objects over 100 pounds (with assistance)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, kneel, or squat
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Adherence to a regular schedule including breaks required
