We need a motivated Class C Driver/Warehouse Worker to strive for excellence and help us maintain our commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service. As a Warehouse Worker/delivery driver at PACE Supply, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for making deliveries as well as performing general warehouse duties such as picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory.

Under direct supervision, prepares merchandise for customers by promptly filling and packaging orders for will call or shipping.
- Receives orders through supervisor from prepared and prioritized work tags.
- Pulls orders from inventory, manually and/or utilizing forklift.
- Prepares materials for delivery to and/or pick up by customers. Packs materials in boxes or on pallets (as appropriate), and labels accordingly.
- Checks filled orders prior to delivery or pick up to ensure accuracy and timeliness of order.
- Makes notation on invoice for materials pulled for customer pick up and places in file until customer signs it for their materials.
- Waits on "Express Will Call Customers" to help ensure fast turnaround in processing their orders.
- Assists counter sales when needed by entering orders into the system and pulling and loading orders.
- Perform routine inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and assist in periodic physical inventories.
- Maintain a tidy and orderly warehouse, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize productivity and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of the job would qualify.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent education required. Two or Four-Year college degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration is preferred.
- Warehouse, plumbing, retail/customer service and forklift experience is also desirable, but not required.
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
- Ability to recognize and read location, date, and product codes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented with excellent follow up practices.

Physical Requirements:
- The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
- Occasionally, the employee is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs. regularly. This includes carrying, dragging, and walking with materials, as well as using a hand-truck.
- Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Environmental Conditions:
- The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
- Occasionally, the employee may be exposed to high, precarious places and vibration.
