Warehouse Crew Member
The pre-production team is responsible for overseeing the inventory entering and leaving the warehouse. This includes but not limited too: pulling inventory, cleaning inventory, and restocking contracted items. Assist in day to day leadership and oversight of our entire warehouse, maintain the integrity of all inventory items and ensure only quality products are sent to event installs.
Recovery Overview
- Unloading vehicles from previous events, ensuring all cabs are also empty
- Counting Inventory & Checking Contracts back in
- Identify items not returned or missing & broken items from events
- Identify items needing repair or replacement parts
- Direct staff as to where each item should go after Recovery
- Conduct hard counts as needed
- Clear out Recovery Area for the pulling process to begin
Processing
- After Recovery, ensuring inventory makes its way back to its rightful place
- Wash Glassware, China, Chargers, Vase ware
- Fold Drape Panels, unused linens, napkins
- Count all dirty linen and place to go out to laundry
- Warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Cleaning Chairs, Tables, Tents
- And More!
Pulling
- Pull inventory off the shelf to be prepped for next event
- Wrap all pulled items with proper packing materials
- Double check orders for accuracy and quality control inventory items
- Check and oversee all Changed Orders & new orders that may come in
- Label orders for accuracy and place in bay in recovery room during pulls
- Loading trucks with Pulls and necessary components such as cleaning supplies, ratchet straps etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 42 per week
