Warehouse Coordinator

Overview:

The Warehouse Coordinator has general responsibility for coordinating all warehouse activities daily under the direction of the Shop Manager. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving, storing, tracking, and safely moving product.

Qualifications:

• At least have two (2) years’ experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in the construction industry
• At least one (1) year experience operating a Forklift with unexpired certification
• Valid Drivers’ License and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50-75lbs and long periods of standing
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize efficiently and communicate effectively with others
• Knowledge of Microsoft office products including Excel
• Knowledge of general warehouse safety rules and regulations

Responsibilities:

• Manage the movement of raw material and finished goods in and out of the warehouse
• Verify receipt of raw materials, finished goods
• Release finished goods for shipment
• Supply raw materials to departments for processing
• Arrange freight carriers for pick up
• Coordinate monthly verification of inventory
• Develop and maintain positive relationship with customers and vendors
• Coordinate department maintenance needs for warehouse and docks
• Operate a Forklift safely
• Participate in planning needs of the department
• Maintain a neat and clean warehouse
• All other duties as required by the shop manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
