Education and Work Experience:
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Work/Professional Experience: Warehouse experience, stocking, organizational experience
Scope of Position: Provide a positive and productive environment for the preparation of goods to be distributed through our Social Service Office.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Detail oriented and attention to detail
- Self starter
- Team worker
- Ability to operate forklift
Licenses and Certifications: Have a valid Oregon Driver’s License
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Rotating inventory
- Stocking Social Service food items
- Food pickup from Josephine County Food Bank
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis
- Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as food pallets, shopping carts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to understand written and oral information and communication
