The Warehouse Coordinator executes essential maintenance tasks, coordinates facility-related projects, and ensures compliance with safety regulations. With a strong focus on organization and a hands-on approach, the Coordinator maintains detailed records, responds promptly to inquiries, and operates company vehicles as needed for transportation purposes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of CAIPA MSO facilities, including warehouses, offices, and common areas.
• Perform general handyman tasks such as minor repairs, installations, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage inventory control and organization within the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of materials.
• Coordinate and execute janitorial tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and work areas.
• Support facility-related projects as needed, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to achieve objectives.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting periodic inspections and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Respond promptly to facility-related inquiries and issues, providing solutions or escalating as appropriate.
• Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment and furniture for events or office reconfigurations.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inventory levels, and equipment servicing schedules.
• Operate company vehicles as needed for transportation of materials, equipment, or personnel, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of supplies.
