As part of a member of the Earthbar support center, the Warehouse Coordinator assists in daily tasks such as preparing, coordinating and assisting with shipments, inventory, organization and cleaning of the warehouse. This position is essential to the success of all warehouse operations.
Essential Functions

Daily
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas. Receive, open and unpack merchandise.
Compare merchandise invoices to items actually received, to ensure that shipments are correct.
Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as invoices/purchase orders to verify accuracy. Discrepancies identified are then provided to Specialist.
Picking/pulling, packing and assembling outgoing orders. Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping (e.g. using hand tools, postage meter).
Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
Label and organize inventory items by storing them in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse, supply rooms and/or other areas.
Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to Specialist. Assembles vitamin packs. Cleaning display cases, shelves, and aisles.
Ensure a clean and tidy workplace, including sweeping/mopping/trash/etc.
Specialist would review damaged or defective items that may need to be returned. Coordinator receives direction from Specialist on how to proceed.
Monthly
Inventory occurs once every four weeks, this is when coordinator completes a detailed and accurate inventory count along with quality assurance to identify items to provide to Specialist.
Any inventory discrepancies found by Coordinator is then provided to Specialist. Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This position works in a warehouse and office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers. The activities required for the operation of warehousing and storage facilities for general merchandise, refrigerated goods, and other warehouse products.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally assists other employees in lifting and/or moving objects that weigh more than 75 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours are scheduled based on warehouse business hours.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Qualifications
Valid Drivers License is required
At least three years of warehouse experience.
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly salary pay rate is $15.50 to $18.20
