Columbus Industries is looking for a Warehouse Clerk based in El Paso, TX.
- Use computer systems ( JDE & SAP) to track inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
- Prepares orders for shipment by printing labels, packing products and preparing documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including wearing appropiate (PPE) equipment
- Coordinate with other deaprtments, such as customer service, receiving and quality to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Print and distribute in a timely manner work orders for forklift operators
- Schedule truck pick ups by email and phone
- Use Microsoft Excel to organize data
- Work other duties as assigned

- High diploma or equivalent
- 3 years minimum expereince working in a warehouse clerical position
- 3 years experience as a certified sit down forklift driver
- Proficiency in using computer systems (JDE and SAP), Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Stron organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be bilingual ( English & Spanish)
