- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, ensuring accuracy and quality of products.
- Record and manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and updating our warehouse management system accordingly.
- Prepare and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are packed, labeled, and dispatched on time.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move stock as required (training will be provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock, avoiding shortages and overstock situations.
- Process returns, damaged goods, and discrepancies in shipments, following company policies.
- Assist in conducting periodic inventory audits and participate in physical inventory counts.
- Provide support to the warehouse manager and collaborate with team members to improve warehouse operations.
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipments and products when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Clerk, handler, or a similar role, preferably in the seals and plastics industry.
- Familiarity with warehouse practices and handling of seals and plastic products.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
