Warehouse Clerk - Part-Time

The GWCCA is currently seeking a PART-TIME WAREHOUSE CLERKto join our team. This role is integral in ensuring the highest level of customer experience and satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of incoming Purchase Orders
• Ensure company material is properly maintained and organized
• Responsible for receiving and storing stock items
• Responsible for issuing stock items to other departments as needed in a timely manner
• Loads, unloads, moves product (including main and satellite warehouses); operation of basic and advanced warehouse vehicles (i.e., electric pallet jack and/or forklift)
• Inspect incoming packages for damage and promptly report issues to management
• Perform courier duties for the GWCC Purchasing Department
• Other duties as assigned by GWCC Management

• Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage workload
• Time management skills
• Must demonstrate self-initiative and personal accountability
• Must be able to perform entry level computer skills and use of technology
• Thoroughness in task completion and follow through
• Willingness to work collaborative and foster a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work an irregular work schedules as required to perform duties and responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma / GED
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Minimum one (1) year of warehouse/inventory/distribution experience a plus but not required
