Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has immediate openings for Warehouse Associate / Materials Assistants on our 2nd shift at our distribution facility. In this position, you will learn various materials handler tasks and would be a key part of the Operations team. You will build a career with a high-tech company working in a hands-on environment. You will have the opportunity to rotate through multiple departments, gaining exposure to the broad range of equipment, processes, and technologies employed in our operation. Responsibilities

• Perform distribution functions such as picking, packing, and shipping orders, receiving, put away and stock replenishment
• Be trained and certified to operate material handling equipment such as turret trucks, order pickers and powered pallet jacks, or as a forklift operator
• Learn our inventory management system and enter materials transactions
• Work with our supply chain and distribution teams to process customer orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work 2nd shift and overtime as required
• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Willing to be trained to operate forklift
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
• Ability to stand for extended period of time
• Ability to move to surrounding workstations
