Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations in accordance with company policy and as outlined by USDA and OSHA
- Stock inventory when replenishment shipments come in
- Receive incoming product
- Pick and fill customer orders
- Ship Outbound orders
- Move product between different departments of warehouse
- Ensure a clear and safe passage in all warehouse aisles and loading docks
- Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counting
- Observe all safety regulations
- Be professional, courteous and helpful to all customers and coworkers
- Other Duties as assigned (cleaning/sweeping warehouse, maintenance, special projects)
Qualifications:
- Operate material handling equipment including a forklift, pallet jack, and shrink wrap
- Experience with fulfillment center or barcode scanning systems; e.g ASPEN is an added advantage
- Identify product numbers and alphanumeric codes
- Experience in food processing, manufacturing or packaging preferred
- Ability to bend, reach and lift repeatedly (up to 90lbs)
- Ability to work work in a refrigerated environment
- Frequently stand/walk during selection activities during shift
- Frequently bend and twist retrieving items from floor or lower shelf areas
- Drive to continuously improve performance, efficiency, and speed
- Strong communication skills: reading, writing and verbal
- Excellent customer service orientation

This is a full-time position with overtime during peak production times.
