Allegiance Staffing is hiring in the Goldsboro, NC area!!!

Candidates with warehouse, Shipping, Picking/Packing or Machine Operating experience with NO prior employment with MICHAEL ARAM are encouraged to apply!
Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift and night shift available
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed.
Duties- warehouse, Shipping, Picking/Packing or Machine Operating:
- Warehouse Associate roles may be required to Perform quality control checks on products before packaging and shipping
- Pack products into appropriate containers, ensuring they are secure and protected
- Label packages with accurate shipping information
- Load and unload packages onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Pickers will use sit-down forklift to pull orders as instructed.
- Machine Operators will take care of machine specific functions
- Ensure machines are regularly checked and clean
- Monitor and control the machine performance and settings
- Maintain activity logs
- Understand production procedures and best practices
- Knowledge of safety methods and hazard regulations
- Keep work area clean and organized

-RF Scanner
-Shipping 1-2 years experience required
- Warehouse Associates must present Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and labeling
- Basic mechanical knowledge to operate packaging equipment
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and moving of packages
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
- Machine Operators must have the ability to read blueprints, manuals and handbooks as required
