Title: Warehouse & Logistics Associate
Reports To: Director Of Warehouse Operations
Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey
Shift: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm, Monday – Friday - extra hours till 5 pm with approval from management.
Wage: Starting at $16 - Temp to permanent only with good performance & attendance after 90 days.
Role Description
Excellent opportunity to join a premier medical and laboratory supply organization headquartered in New Brunswick. Seeking a qualified pick & pack professional to fully inspect & pack products for daily shipments, lift, move & organize merchandise, and keep the warehouse and merchandise prepared, clean, and accurate.

What You’ll Do
- Perform warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Product receiving unloading container, breaking down and building pallets, staging material on pallet-racks.
- Accurately and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain proper inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and report any discrepancies.
- If certified, operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand tools, and forklifts.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Stock put-away: opening boxes, inspecting material, palletizing inventory, stocking boxes on shelves.
- Order filling: locating and picking inventory, packing orders, completing paperwork, and preparing goods for shipments.
- Warehouse cleanliness and maintenance (daily broom-sweeping of floors, aisles, trash disposal)
- Shipping and receiving all packages, including accepting and signing deliveries from distributors, and organizing and planning outbound orders within our ERP system.
- Monitoring warehouse jobs related to customer orders – kitting products from production.
- Other warehouse duties as specified by management.
What You’ll Bring to The Table
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience in wholesale/retail distribution or equivalent.
- Understanding of warehousing and inventory management processes.
- Ability to read and understand shipping documents.
- Excellent number skills and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
