JOB SUMMARY
As a Warehouse Associate specializing in Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management, you will play a vital role in our logistics operations. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You'll operate material handling equipment, collaborate with suppliers and carriers, and contribute to the overall efficiency and organization of the warehouse.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound Operations:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods.
- Verify and document product quantity and quality.
- Organize and properly store received materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to resolve any discrepancies.
Outbound Operations:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of outbound shipments.
- Collaborate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track deliveries.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
Inventory Management:
- Regularly conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment as needed.
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layout for easy access to products.
- Implement and follow inventory control procedures.
General Warehouse Duties:
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Assist in special projects and tasks as required.
Adhere to ISO 9001 and 14001 Regulations
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
- High school diploma
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate material handling equipment.
LANGUAGES

- Attend mandatory safety training sessions and stay informed about updates in safety regulations.
- Adhere to all relevant state and federal safety regulations applicable to warehouse operations.
Reporting and Communication:
- Promptly report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or injuries to supervisors.
- Foster open communication regarding safety concerns among team members.
ENVIRONMENT
- This position may require extended periods of standing and lifting.
- Ability to work in various temperature/noise conditions within the warehouse.
