What We Need:
Our Warehouse Associates assist in the picking and packaging of various safety products relating to fulfillment of customer orders. Warehouse associates also maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspect order items to pass quality standards including color, surface finish, art legend, construction materials, and text.
- Reading pack lists and pack/ship orders accurately.
- Ensure that orders contain any required marketing materials (catalogs, mailers, etc.).
- Support the restocking of items when needed.
- Generate product SEL labels and apply to finished packaging.
- Palletize boxes/bags according to specification.
- Operate forklift or other material handling used for transporting and/or shipping materials.
- Ensure all safety protocols and warehouse procedures are being followed.
- Work in a team environment to complete daily/weekly/monthly tasks.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful:
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read labels and descriptions, count accurately, and perform simple and unit conversions.
- Ability to choose the best combination of container(s) to pack an order, use adequate void fill protection, and ensure that shipping containers are thoroughly sealed.
- Flexibility in schedule to work overtime, evenings, & weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly & stand for 100% of shift.
- Ability to bend, twist, crawl, climb & reach to perform job duties.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 5 years of warehouse experience.
- Peer leadership, mentorship, training experience.
- Experience performing quality checks.

Hiring Range:
- $18.79 – $20.25/hr.
