We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate!
Job Summary:
- You will strive to maintain a clean and organized warehouse while filling material orders for technicians accurately. You will be responsible for sorting, organizing and helping keep track of quantities of warehouse materials. You will also be delivering materials to job sites on a regular basis. You will need to be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Fill material orders for technicians accurately.
- Transport material to job sites.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and bathrooms.
- Coordinate with co-workers to accomplish large tasks efficiently or assist in daily duties.
- Process damaged or defective stock while following company protocol.
- Report malfunctioning or damaged stock-handling equipment to management.
- Comply with safety regulations for moving heavy objects and using machinery.
- Communicate with vendors for purchase orders as needed.
- Utilize software such as Gmail, Google Chat, Google Drive, Google Docs and ServiceTitan for communication with team members.
- Safely operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, order pickers, electric pallet jacks, stackers, and scissor lifts at work heights up to 30 feet.
- Use handheld scanners, tablets and computers to process tasks, read barcodes, and take photographs for documentation.
- Assist with receiving inbound materials by unloading trucks, inspecting material, resolving discrepancies, receiving items to purchase orders, labeling boxes, putting pallets away in their designated locations.
- Assist in providing inventory control by inspecting material, ensuring accurate inventory count and tracking, transferring material between warehouse, jobsites, and trucks.
- Lift up to 60 pounds.
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable).
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.
- Adhere to all OSHA standards
- Clean driving history.
- Electrical Knowledge is a plus.
- Occasionally communicate with vendors.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
- Experience with CRM software preferred.
- High School, GED, or equivalent diploma required.
- Clean driving record.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain one through R2 Electric LLC.
- Reliable transportation to get to work on time.
Skills
- Must be able to read, write, and interpret English.
- Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks and requirements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to complete tasks with little to no direct supervision.

Primary Location:
Bradenton, FL with the occasional trip to jobsites within Manatee & Sarasota County.
Schedule:
- Full-Time: 40 Hours (Approximately 8 hour shifts)
- Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm w/ a 30 minute lunch break (somewhat flexible work times as long as it consists of a Monday Friday time).
