Job Overview:
Top 20 Tire Manufacturer seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager, to oversee and drive sales activities within a designated geographic area. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in achieving Regional Sales targets, with exceptional organization and planning.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within one’s geographic region.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base within the region.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
7. Able to lead and participate in training meetings both internally and at customer locations
8. Provide regular and accurate sales performance reports to executive leadership.
9. Travel is required. 3 weeks/month
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and developing sales professionals.
3. In-depth knowledge of sales processes, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
6. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP is a plus
6. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
