Warehouse Associate

At first you will start as a Lead Technician, shortly after basic training you will be promoted to Warehouse Manager, once you are properly trained on all aspects of each position you will then be promoted to Operations Director and will hire, train and supervise a small team of employees and will responsible for fully managing the warehouse.

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for physically getting done a large list of daily routines and tasks with little to no assistance.

What you will be doing:

As the Warehouse manager, you will be primarily in charge of operating our Appliance Parting Department by Inspecting, assessing, dissembling, testing, repairing, refurbishing kitchen appliances, while maintaining a high standard of quality control, ensuring little to no damage and staying consistent and being organized.

• This position requires a constant and consistent amount of physically demanding work to be done every day. It has high expectations and requires extreme attention to detail and good communication.
• Able to multi-task in fast paced work place
• Improving systems, procedures while maintaining extreme efficiency for each task.
• Create and implement strategies and procedures for training and hiring new employees.
• Processing household kitchen appliances by taking disassembling units then sorting and organizing parts into different bins.

Able to lift, move, transport basic kitchen appliances such as dishwashers, microwaves and stoves with use of proper equipment that is provided.

• Be a dedicated, hard working, dependable, self-motivated Individual.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
• Communicate concerns with inventory levels, systems, issues etc.
• Maintain a clean, healthy, safe and presentable work space at all times.
• Prioritizes and organizes short term and long term goals and activities in accordance with business objectives.
• Make sure all appliances are fully inspected, tested, cleaned and priced properly by technicians.
• Ensure all appliance parts are being taken apart in a organized manor, maintain correct parts and inventory needed for online sales.
• Train, supervise and delegate daily tasks to new employees to be hired.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit & lift for long periods of time. The employee must often lift and/or move heavy kitchen appliances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
