** This job is primarily in the freezer. Candidate must be able to work in temperatures that are below freezing on a regular basis**

Warehouse Associate

Cottonwood Distribution is now accepting applications for a full-time Warehouse Associate for the swing shift.

Pay starts at $18, (plus incentives.)

Fixed working hours are Sunday-Thursday, 2:00pm - 11:00pm. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for scanning, picking, and organizing product accurately and efficiently, while filling customers orders, and proper labeling in preparation for shipment.

Freezer:

Responsibilities:

• Navigate RF based computer system to scan product to prepare for shipment
• Have a highly motivated, and team oriented attitude.
• Have a flexable schedule within the scheduled working days. (overtime if needed)
• Maintain a high level of organization within assigned area so that all product is accurate, and labeled for shipment to our customers.
• Report all damaged product to immediate supervisor
• Select customer orders as needed/required by floor supervisor
• Perform all other warehouse related functions as deemed by warehouse supervisor or manager
• Operate all machinery in a safe manner.
• Assume responsibilities for the care and maintenance of designated equipment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to communicate well with management.
• Ability to follow safe working practices, as instructed.
• Ability to efficiently work independent of direct supervision.
• Ability to read, and count in order to correctly fill and receive orders.
• Takes initiative to accomplish tasks
• Ability to repeatedly lift up 10 lbs
• Be a dependable, trustworthy employee.

Schedule:

• Swing shift
• Sunday-Thursday, 2pm-11pm
