Starting Pay Rate - $17.41/hour

As a Warehouse Associate at Caterpillar you will: Supporting logistics, you will perform the material handling and warehousing functions required in the receiving processing, storing, moving, packing and shipping of parts, materials, equipment and supplies at the Clayton, NC facility.
Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Willing and able to perform repetitive operations
Willing and able to lift, push and pull up to 35 lbs
Basic Requirements:
6 months of previous work or volunteer experience
Beginner proficiency in Computer Skills/Microsoft applications
Top Candidates will also have:
6 months of Forklift experience (sit-down, stand-up/reach truck, turret truck)
Order Picker Forklift experience (cherry-picker, case-picker)
Logistics/Warehouse experience
Experience with Computerized Inventory Management Systems (SAP)
Numerical Reasoning Aptitude Skills

Shift Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6 am – 4:30 pm, MANDATORY Overtime as business needs require on Fridays – currently scheduling approximately 1 Overtime shift each month.
