Job Description
VideoXRM is looking for a Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for sales and tactical execution of new business generation. Initial focus will be to acquire enterprises who have medium or large content libraries with large amounts of video, to gain companies and content on platform, sell them on our video classification services and build scale. Initial company customers who only want visibility are able to utilize the platform for free.
Skills and Responsibilities
-Ability to work with the leadership and top decision makers at various enterprises to win their business.
-Confidence to persuade and negotiate with large organizations to do business and get in paid contract with a Start Up
-Creativity to identify target customers and enterprises that may not be obvious and develop these relationships from the ground-up to closed paying customers
-Must Be Comfortable with Calling (by Phone) large enterprises such as Stock Exchanges, Industry Trade Associations, Trade Shows, Crowd Funding Platforms, B2B Platforms, Management Consulting Firms, law firms Networking platforms, Sports Holding Companies (e.g. NBA, NHL, MLB, NFL, Formula 1, etc.) to strike strategic deals with them, to get their video libraries entire on our platform
-Development and marketing efforts that include, but not limited to, calling, emailing, networking, social outreach, mass campaigns, etc.
-Understanding that sales goes hand in hand with marketing
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple departments, including marketing
· Ability to manage multiple projects with different timing and objectives simultaneously
· Set weekly monthly, quarterly, yearly goals for performance against these goals
· Research and evaluate new cutting-edge business development channels
· Ability to utilize lead generation software to engage with clients

Compensation
“This position begins with a very high commission at 90% + 12 month recurring revenue trailer + Equity. Once we close our financing in the next 3-4 months, the position will also include salary.”
