Our warehouse operations are critical to our success. We run an efficient, clean and technology-driven warehouse in Cheyenne, WY. It is a safe and comfortable work environment and we value our staff.

Working with the Vice President of Operations, you will be required to fulfill the responsibilities of a Warehouse Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, organize and rearrange products in the warehouse.
• Process and fill customer orders with the highest degree of care and accuracy.
• Receive goods, including unloading containers, checking invoices and storing inventory in correct locations.
• Ensure inventory records are updated and maintained.
• Monitor and manage inventory control.
• Manage and handle shipping, plus loading and unloading of products.
• Operate pallet jacks.
• Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care.
• Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.
• Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials.
• Keep neat and clean warehouse premises.

Qualifications and experience

• High school diploma.
• Experience with UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, LTL Freight and/or Amazon Vendor Central will be highly regarded.
• No other qualifications required. We will provide on-the-job training as needed.
• A forklift license is useful, but not a requirement for this role.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will be happy to work between the hours of 7:00am-3:30pm on a full-time basis. "School" hours can be negotiated for those who care for children. The candidate will need to perform manual labor and should be tech-savvy to operate our industry-leading ERP and warehouse software.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
