Warehouse Assistant

ACP Fiber Services is a national provider of professional communication services to the telecommunication and utility industry for network infrastructure buildouts and ongoing network maintenance. We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant for full-time work out of our Pineville, NC office.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager with warehouse, logistic tasks, and paperwork
• Receive, ship, and deliver equipment and materials
• Organize and maintain inventory and equipment in warehouse and in outdoor yard
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Drive company trucks for material pick up or deliveries

Minimum Requirements

• 1 plus years of related experience
• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Must be accurate, detail oriented, professional and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and customers
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook
• Ability to work in the field at times to ensure the project’s success
• Preferred Experience with loading, unloading, and pulling trailers
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical task
• Mechanical knowledge to operate warehouse equipment
