Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for maximizing productivity through their management of the supply chain and overall logistics strategy and operations. In the absence of a Warehouse Supervisor, the Team Lead level functions will be regular duties of this role including the tasks of training and evaluating staff, attendance/timecard review & approval, time-off scheduling & sick time reporting, addressing questions and escalations, and supporting their team. This person will play a crucial role in maintaining good relationships with operations and production teams to ensure all jobs are prepped and complete for on-time installation.
Responsibilites
This position is responsible for the following:
- Establish inventory control processes & regularly audit inventory accuracy
- Own and maintain our internal Salesforce based inventory system
- Identify any bottlenecks in our process and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Develop, monitor, and report key supply chain KPI’s for all warehouse operations
- Oversee, manage, and report operational expenses
- Review & monitor pricing and material standards, and seek & suggest cost savings tactics
- Plan and implement the overall best-practice supply chain strategies
- Build and maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders
- Supervise and coach direct reports, including execution of timely performance reviews
- Oversee all aspects the warehouse, including physical assets, operating costs, safety, loss prevention, & inventory
- Ensure day to day compliance with company operational policies and procedures
- Perform any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, out of the ordinary or special duties requested

- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain / logistics operations
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management
- Lean six sigma certification (preferably a black belt)
- To drive an RBA or personal vehicle employees are required to hold a driver’s license and current auto insurance as required by law, be an approved driver by RBA's insurance, and provide copies to the HR department.
