Role Summary:
The Warehouse Administrative Assistant is a focal point between multiple departments in a global company and requires a high energy, detail oriented professional to effectively communicate and help meet project requirements.

• Sign-in drivers when they come for pick up and process inbound/outbound orders in SAP.
• Ensure that phone calls are answered promptly and rerouted as appropriate.
• Perform data entry into SAP, Excel/ Microsoft.
• Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager & Warehouse Lead.
• Coordinate special projects, as necessary.
• Check if picklist are confirmed properly.
• Print pallet labels.
• Process returns in system (SAP).
• Process monthly re-work orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Our ideal candidate will be a fast learner, able to follow instructions, and is reliable and accountable.
• Basic Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
• Organized and detail oriented
• Previous admin assistance experience required, prefer in a warehouse environment
• Heavy data entry experience a must- Able to work in a fast past environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in SAP
• Previous Food Manufacturing experience a plus
• Bilingual (English, Spanish) helpful

Physical Demands:

• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/ or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/ or fingers.
• Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sounds.
• Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.

Work Environment:

• Ideal candidate will be placed in a work station inside the warehouse.
