Warehouse Administrative Assistant

This individual is one who thrives on making this position their own and takes pride in making sure everything runs efficiently – you are essentially the key to setting up our team for success.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

• Flexible hours (choose your own hours: M-F between 8AM-4PM)
• $18-$20 per hour
• 20—25 hours per week

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Coordinating/setting up every job for the crew (s).
• Communicate with the team and corporate office.
• Filing paperwork and invoices.
• Depositing customer payments.
• Warehouse assistance (stocking, organizing).
• Light forklift operating.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS NEEDED:

• Administrative office tasks (filing, invoice reconciliation, etc.)
• Ability to do light lifting (25-30 pounds) in the warehouse.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Warehouse or construction experience a PLUS!
• Customer Service experience.
• Forklift operating experience a PLUS.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES:

• Resourceful self-starter.
• Needs to work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Time-management skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Clean background check.
