Waitress/Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at K-FOOD SEOUL KOREAN Restaurant in 600 N BRAGG BLVD, SPRING LAKE, NC 28390. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately

- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu

- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently

- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues

- Process payments using the POS system or cash register

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations

Skills:

- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills

- Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary terminology is a plus

- Experience using POS systems or cash registers is desirable

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
