Waitress/Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders, utilizing knowledge of the menu and any daily specials
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems such as Aloha POS
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is beneficial
