Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a courteous and timely manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure prompt delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Prepare and process customer bills accurately
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
- Collaborate with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old (or as per legal requirements for serving alcohol in your location)
- Food handler’s certification (if applicable)
