Roles and Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue as per health department standards and regulations Greet customers within two minutes of them being seated Be knowledgeable of beer, wine, and liquor brands Take drink orders and ring in orders on the correct check through the POS system Garnish and run drinks to tables, take food orders by position numbers at the tables, and upsell through providing recommendations Be mindful of customer's food allergies, dietary restrictions, and other specific inquiries ID customers and safely serve alcohol as per state laws Complete daily side-work as directed by management Report directly to management and the General Manager
