- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure prompt delivery of food
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
```Qualifications```
- 5 Years of experience at Japanese restaurant.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques
- Familiarity with using cash registers or POS systems
- Basic culinary knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in OpenTable or other reservation management systems is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest services
- Outstanding customer service skills to create a welcoming environment
