Server/Waiter

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system (e.g., Aloha POS) accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout their dining experience
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests
- Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
- Knowledge of culinary terms, menu items, and beverage options to provide detailed information to guests
- Excellent guest relations skills to address any concerns or special requests
- Familiarity with using cash registers or POS systems (e.g., Aloha POS)
- Sales skills to upsell menu items or promote specials
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $600.00 - $950.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
